Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons dried Cleavers or 3/4 cup chopped fresh Cleaver leaves & flowers
- 4 cups of water
Process:
Bring 4 cups of water to bowl and add cleaver leaves and flowers. Steep for up to 10 minutes and filter out plant materials.
Recommended Amounts:
Drink small amounts during the day remembering that Cleavers are a diuretic.
Refrigerates well for a few days.
