Feed the body: Blue

The Throat Chakra governs sound and is associated with blue fruits, lemon grass and water.  Throat Chakra food reduce anxiety and help tonify kidneys.

Remember the ways of integrating foods using the colour spectrum are:

  1.  Combining coloured foods on one plate
  2.  Eating foods at set times without combining colours
  3.  Eating one colour spectrum for the day.

Breaking this down into levels it would be as follows:

  1.  Mild introduction and integration plan of feeding the body with coloured foods.
  2.  Intermediate planning for feeding the body with coloured foods as a lifestyle.
  3.  Cleansing plan for the body chakras for clearing and integration

Living foods are highly recommended in these suggestions.  Obtaining foods as close to the source as possible will increase the nutrition value absorbed by your body.
