Flavour, Medicinal & Preventative
Water is one of the best ways to infuse with plant materials. Plant materials can be fresh or dried. Whether you are structuring drinking water or steeping for teas get different flavours through your edible plants.
Use the same plants in the lists above for oil or vinegar infusions to get started.
For structured water simply put fresh ingredients in fresh water and leave in the sun during the day to steep.
